COO checks fulfilment
The COO reviews fulfilment steps, order visibility and exception handling, then passes open questions to the Chief of Staff rather than claiming a transaction occurred.
Chief of Staff brings the approval brief
The Chief of Staff summarizes the plan, gaps and tests for your approval. Nothing is published, sent or marked shipped without your approval. Validate the real checkout and order flow separately before launch.
