• Which plan should I choose?

  Explorer ($35/mo): for a lighter workload, with one Hire. Prepare a customer conversation, compare roles or review changes to a supported site. You get up to 1 hosted agent and 800 credits each month. You can also take courses on the skill you want to learn. They are optional. Browse relevant courses

  Builder ($99/mo): for several goals or projects on the go. Prepare more conversations, role choices or site updates, with a separate brief for each project. You get up to 5 hosted agents, more AI models to pick from and 4,000 credits each month.

  Innovator ($500/mo): more credits to use and up to 10 AI Hires. You set up each Hire on its own. You get 30,000 credits each month. Your Hires do not work together on their own, and they do not share memory.

  Receptionist / follow-up — Coming soon. Sales OS — Coming soon. These are planned. You cannot use them today. We agree on setup work and price first. You must connect your tools, set your business rules, test the setup and approve it. Usage and phone calls use credits too. You pay for what you use. They are not unlimited.

  One Hire can do several jobs. Explorer can help with business work too. To let a group use one agent, the setup must support groups, and the owner must link it and say yes. A shared agent is not a private space for each person in the group.

  Every paid plan includes this: We keep your agent running for you. You also get all our courses, the AI tutor, AI Studio and our builder community. Courses are optional. You do not need them to use your agent.

• What happens after I buy?

  All three plans are do-it-yourself, with a step-by-step guide. Checkout comes next. After you pay, start with your account. You can talk or type to choose your first assignment before agent setup. Or skip that step and go straight to setup.

  Then set up your agent and link it to Telegram. Connect the tools your task needs. You choose what it can do and when it must ask you first. Give it a small, clear task, then check the result. Open guided setup

  AI work uses credits. Work your agent does also uses credits. It is counted on its own.

• Do I own the agent and my data?

  Yes. You own your agent and your data. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train our own AI models. To do what you ask, the companies that host our service and run the AI models, and the tools you connect, handle the data they need. Their rules can differ from ours. That includes how long they keep data and whether they train on it. To learn more, read our privacy policy.

  You can download a copy of your files, memory, skills and settings. You can also ask us to delete them. To use a copy again, load it on a system that supports it. Then reconnect your tools and logins. A copy is not a full backup of the whole computer your agent runs on. Saved notes help your agent remember past work, but its memory is not perfect. Check important details.

• How do credits and top-ups work?

  Credits are what you spend on AI work. Different models and tasks use different amounts. You spend credits when your agent replies, does research or uses AI Studio. Usage varies. It depends on the AI model, how much text the AI must read and the task. Making lots of images, audio or video uses more. AI Studio and Success Agent actions are counted on their own.

  Need more credits, but not more agents? Stay on your plan and buy a credit pack. Packs add to your plan credits and never expire. Pick a bigger plan if you want more hosted agents or more credits each month. You do not need a bigger plan to do business work. See model estimates and top-up prices

• What happens if I run out of credits?

  Your agent can only work when you have credits and our services are up. This is true even while we keep it hosted. Add a credit pack, or wait for your monthly credits to reset. Running out of credits does not delete your saved workspace or memory.

  Messages that came in while you had no credits may not be handled. Unfinished work may not restart on its own. We do not promise either one. After you add credits, check on your agent. See what work is unfinished before you try again.

• Can I try it, cancel, switch plans, or ask about earlier purchase terms?

  Cancel anytime in your Whop portal.

  Switch plans anytime. If you move up, the new plan starts as soon as you turn it on. If you move down, the change starts on your next billing date.

• What is an AI work shift?

  An AI work shift is our unit for comparing AI work with human work. It is our estimate of the text work an average person handles in an eight-hour day. It is our version of horsepower. You set the task and check the result.

  An AI work shift does not promise the same result as a person. It is not eight hours of AI runtime. Results vary by task and model.

  How we calculate it

  Tokens are small pieces of text the AI reads or writes. We plan for 500,000 tokens per AI work shift. That total has three parts. 350,000 tokens of new text it reads, including tool results. 50,000 tokens it writes or uses to think. 100,000 tokens of text it already read and reads again. Each model has its own cost for the same amount of text. That changes how many credits the task uses. Time when your AI is just waiting does not use tokens. Voice and connected tools may use more credits.

  The sample range is 0.5 to 1.5 times our estimate. It is not a range we measured. Real usage depends on how much the AI reads, how often it tries again, which tools it uses and the model you pick.

• What does working in the background mean?

  Once you set it up, your Hire follows your instructions. It does its tasks while you do other things, then brings you the results. When it needs you to decide, it asks.

  To work in the background, your Hire needs a schedule or an event we support to start it. It also needs connected tools and permissions you have tested. Just opening your workspace does not start a task. Work needs credits and our services to be up. Check the first result. If work stops partway, check what is unfinished.

  For everyday tasks, your Hire only does what you allow. It needs your help when it is missing facts, when it cannot do something or when a choice is outside what you allowed. Buying a plan does not connect your tools. It also does not let your Hire send messages, buy things or act outside cYpher.
