Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or use generated material to harm others or infringe their rights.
AI services and educational content
AI output and educational material may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before you rely on it. The service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, included usage, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider under that provider’s terms. Except where required by law, stated at checkout, or covered by the subscription guarantee below, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

For new customers on any subscription plan. Request within one week of successful payment. Renewals and separate credit-pack purchases are excluded.
This guarantee refunds 100% of your first subscription payment. The refund is not prorated and does not depend on unused credits.

If you purchased under an earlier guarantee, the terms offered at purchase still apply.
Intellectual property
cypher.camp and its original service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To that same extent, cypher.camp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
