Privacy Policy
This policy explains how cYpher.camp handles information about your account, the platform features you use, your self-service agent, and inquiries you send us. Your private agent workspace is separate from our account and platform records. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Your account and chosen features
What we handle depends on the features you use and information you provide. Not everyone uses every feature or supplies every optional field.
- Account and profile: name, email and authentication ID identify your account. We use your date of birth to verify that you meet the minimum age of 13 and support account and profile administration. Optional details include phone number, LinkedIn, ZIP code, education level and demographic information (race and gender).
- Assessments and learning: assessment answers, goals, work context, scores and recommendations help provide relevant guidance; learning progress and bookmarks let you continue where you left off.
- Creative and learning tools: Studio prompts, uploaded and generated media, tutor chats and documents, and project content are processed and saved to deliver the features you use.
- Wellness: if you use fitness or nutrition features, we handle body measurements, goals, workout and meal logs, and notes to provide plans and track progress. See the public and community features section for information about workout visibility.
- Payments and operation: billing and subscription details, payment references and credit usage support purchases and metering. Device information, usage and security diagnostics, including IP addresses and IP-derived protection signals, help operate and protect the platform. API credentials and connected-service credentials enable access you authorize.
Your self-service agent
Your agent is a self-service workspace that you control. It processes the messages, files and connected-service information you provide or authorize to carry out your instructions. We do not use your agent’s private content for our own marketing or unrelated business purposes.
We do not routinely read your agent’s conversations or workspace. If you report an outage and request assistance, authorized support personnel may access only the information necessary to diagnose the problem and restore your agent.
Your workspace, memory and conversation history remain in a persistent hosted environment. Agent configuration and personalization are saved with your account; recovery backups may exist separately. Automated service execution is separate from staff access. Your agent may send relevant information to the AI providers and connected services involved in completing your requests. Calling platform tools also creates the corresponding platform records, such as a saved tutor chat or workout log.
Contact and inquiries
When you contact us, request assessment follow-up or submit a partner form, we use the contact details, request information and follow-up history you supply to respond and manage that relationship. These direct inquiries are separate from your private agent conversations and its contacts. You can manage marketing emails through existing email preferences or unsubscribe links in those emails.
Providers and connected services
Service providers help deliver cYpher.camp: examples include Clerk for authentication, Whop for payments and Microsoft Azure for hosting and storage. Depending on the feature, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or v0 may process relevant prompts, content and files to produce results. Task-dependent connections may involve Telegram, Slack, Google, Dropbox or Twilio. Only the relevant information for the requested function is sent through these connections.
These are examples, not a complete provider list. Some infrastructure is chosen by cYpher.camp; other services depend on your connections and requests. Provider terms and settings can differ, including retention and model-training practices. Review the terms for services you connect. Their processing may occur outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law; this is separate from the limited outage assistance described above.
Google Workspace
Connecting Google currently requests this permission bundle: gmail.readonly, gmail.send, drive.readonly and calendar.events. These
permissions are requested together; the Google consent process determines
the access you actually grant. They allow your agent to read and search
email and Drive files, send email and manage calendar events for your
requests. Read-only Drive access does not allow creating or editing files.
Our use and transfer of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this data for your requested functions. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Relevant content may reach AI providers only to fulfill your requested functions, consistent with these commitments.
Google credentials are encrypted in service-side storage, with restricted copies used in the agent runtime. The same requested outage assistance limit on staff access described above applies to Google data. Consider a dedicated Google account for your agent to keep its activity separate from personal or primary business communications.
Disconnecting Google in agent settings requests revocation and removal of credentials; failures may require a retry or support. You can also revoke access through Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not erase previously copied content, agent memory, exports, backups or information held by Google. Contact us about removing related cYpher.camp records.
Reasons for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, complying with legal obligations, consent where required, or legitimate interests such as protecting and operating the platform, subject to your rights. These reasons do not expand our use of private agent content or staff access beyond the limits above.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, billing, security and legal requirements. Active workspaces, platform records and recovery backups can have separate lifecycles. Use per-feature controls and agent export where available. Deleting an item or disconnecting a service does not necessarily remove all copies, including saved outputs and backups. Some information may need to remain for billing, security or legal reasons. Provider-held copies may require separate requests to those providers.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@cypher.camp to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are coordinated across relevant systems, subject to applicable law and retention exceptions; they are not a promise of immediate erasure of every copy.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a competent data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage offers an absolute guarantee of security.
Children
Children under 13 are not permitted to use cYpher.camp, and the service is not intended for them. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Policy changes
We will post revisions here with an updated date and provide additional notice of significant changes where required by applicable law.
